Sweet Retreats Mexico - Limitless: AYTT & Circus Slither

A week-long combined retreat with two tracks: a trauma-informed Aerial Yoga Instructor Training covering anatomy, teaching psychology, and rigging; and Circus Slither, a performance track to refine aerial technique and create an end-of-week showcase. Both tracks share daily aerial yoga, breathwork, and somatic practices. Hosted at an eco-chic resort in Puerto Escondido with open-air circus gym, pool, daily meals, and beach excursions.
