Sweet Retreats Mexico - Elevate: Aerial Silks Intensive

A week-long intermediate aerial silks intensive focused on refining technique, expanding vocabulary, and building fluid movement in the air. Mornings cover inversions, transitions, wraps, and conditioning. Afternoons focus on flexibility, flow choreography, and introductory aerial straps cross-training. Led by Danish aerial silks artist Hannah Nissen. Hosted at an eco-chic resort in Puerto Escondido with open-air circus gym, pool, daily meals, and beach excursions.
