Sweet Retreats Mexico - Aerial Hoop Retreat

A week-long intermediate to advanced aerial hoop retreat. Morning classes focus on technical lyra skills, sequencing, dynamics, and spinning. Afternoon classes cover floor work, flexibility, and creative performance skills including choreography on the hoop. Requires at least 2 years of ongoing hoop practice with inversions, knee hangs, and basic dynamics experience. Hosted at an eco-chic resort in Puerto Escondido with open-air circus gym, pool, daily meals, and beach excursions included.
