Three-day aerial lyra/hoop intensive at Shine Alternative Fitness in Las Vegas over Labor Day Weekend, featuring 12 workshops (~75 minutes each) covering apparatus technique, cross-training in ballet and tumbling, optional evening show attendance, and studio access with professional rigging. Maximum 12 participants, intermediate to advanced level. 2026 instructor lineup to be announced ahead of registration.
